Before your appointment預約前注意事項
- Not performed during pregnancy, or within three months before and after childbirth.懷孕期間，以及產前、產後三個月內不施作。
- Keloid-prone skin, clotting issues, serious skin conditions, or an inflamed / infected / injured area — please tell us in advance (special needles can be used).蟹足腫體質、凝血功能異常、嚴重皮膚疾病，或施作部位正處於發炎、感染、受傷狀態，請提前告知（可使用特殊針具處理）。
- Major or chronic illness, blood thinners or special medication — tell us before booking, and consult your doctor if needed.如有重大疾病、慢性病，或正在服用抗凝血藥物與特殊用藥，請於預約前主動告知，必要時先諮詢醫師。
- Recent medical aesthetics, laser, acid peels or surgery — let us know the procedure and date.近期若接受過醫美、雷射、酸類煥膚、手術或其他療程，請告知項目與日期。
- In the 24 hours before, avoid alcohol, late nights and excess caffeine, and rest well.施作前 24 小時請避免飲酒、熬夜與過量咖啡因，並保持充足睡眠。
- On the day, don’t use acids, exfoliants or irritating products on the area.施作當日請勿自行在部位使用酸類、去角質或刺激性產品。
Booking & deposit預約與訂金
- A deposit secures your booking — confirmed only once paid — and is deducted from the total on the day.預約須支付訂金，完成付款後才算預約成功；訂金將於療程當日自總額中扣除。
- Deposits are non-refundable once paid.訂金一經支付，恕不退還。
- To reschedule, tell us before your date — the deposit is kept and can be moved once.如需改期，請於預約日前提前告知，可保留訂金並改期一次。
- Last-minute cancellation, no-show, or exceeding the reschedule limit forfeits the deposit.臨時取消、無故未到，或超過可改期次數，訂金不予退還或保留。
- Paying the deposit means you have read and agree to these terms.支付訂金即代表您已閱讀並同意以上預約規則。
Aftercare & results術後與效果
- Skin type, metabolism, base tone and lifestyle differ, so colour retention and final results vary from person to person.每個人的膚質、代謝、原生底色與生活習慣不同，留色程度與最終效果會因人而異。
- A normal healing period follows — colour may look darker, with slight swelling, scabbing, peeling and temporary fading. Please follow the aftercare we give you.完成後會經歷正常修復期，可能出現顏色較深、輕微腫脹、結痂、脫皮與暫時變淡，請依老師提供的術後照護保養。
- Some guests need a second touch-up before the colour and finish fully settle.部分客人需要二次補色，整體顏色與完整度才會更加穩定。

- If you have allergies, a special constitution, past tattoo / laser removal, or existing old pigment in the area — send clear photos and let us know before booking.若有任何過敏史、特殊體質、曾經紋繡／雷射洗色，或施作部位已有舊色，請於預約前提供清晰照片並提前告知。
- Wear comfortable, non-white clothing. One companion per guest; tell us in advance if you have special needs.建議穿著舒適、非白色衣物；每位顧客最多一位陪同，如有特殊需求請於預約時告知。

FAQ常見問題
What should I prepare beforehand?事前需要做什麼準備？
Keep skin clean and avoid acid-based products or exfoliation in the days before. For anything else, message us anytime.保持肌膚清潔，前幾天避免酸類保養與去角質。其他問題，隨時訊息我們。
How soon can I wear makeup again?多久可以再化妝？
Keep the treated area bare for about seven days while it heals. Elsewhere, makeup as normal.治療部位請保持素淨約七天；其他部位照常上妝即可。
When should I schedule a retouch?何時該補色？
Most brows and lips need one touch-up, usually 4–8 weeks after the first session, once fully healed.多數眉唇在第一次後需補色一次，通常於完全癒合後 4–8 週進行。
Does removal hurt? How many sessions?淡化會痛嗎？需要幾次？
Most feel only a light scratching. Removal usually takes a few sessions spaced a few weeks apart, depending on how much pigment is there.大多數人只感覺到輕微刺感。淡化通常需數次，間隔數週，視色素深淺而定。
Can difficult or sebaceous lips be fixed?困難或出油的唇也能處理嗎？
Often, yes. Send clear photos and we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic before you book.多數情況可以。先傳清晰照片，我們會在預約前誠實告訴你能達到的效果。
Is it safe for keloid-prone skin?蟹足腫體質安全嗎？
Tell us in advance — for keloid-prone or very sensitive skin we may patch test or advise against treatment. Safety first, always.請務必提前告知——對蟹足腫或極敏感肌膚，我們可能會先做測試或建議不施作。安全永遠第一。
